quite a hectic and tiring week !! been busy with job applications and preparing/attending interviews.. just 2 interviews on 2 ends of singapore can kill me, plus the heavy downpour that killed visibility and walking (even taxi drivers didn't want to stop for me!).

the 2 jobs i went to, have their base either in Simei or Bedok. OMG.

working there for 2 years? a little demanding ya..

wed driving lesson

today was a long freaking long day!! woke up at 7am and worked until 5pm, rush home eat dinner and rush out for driving lesson at 6.30pm !! wad a rush..

but worth it! driving lesson today was quite a breeze after i polished up my hazard response timing and also practise safe driving .. the best thing -- today's my favorite lesson becos at the parking place, near Farm mart, there was a huge double rainbow! which just emerged as we entered the parking space. how fabulous! it's simply amazing. never in my recent boring mundane life have i seen a huge rainbow drawn on the sky like that. plus it has another reflected on above it! it's so super duper lovely and the next best thing would be to have my family and friends there as well. haha. well sharing a 'first' with my driving instructor whose usually quiet and serious may not be that bad. he got down the car after telling me to practise parking, and took many shots of it! haha.

the only bad thing is i initially wanted to bring my brand new camera but i decided not to!! AHH what a bad choice. but i still have it etched in my mind. I want to remember it forever~ ^.^

took many photos of flowers in the school i went to today, and also in my office haha!! shall post when im free. not so free cos i've 2 interviews to prepare for tmr. and im so shagged after a long day today..

the interesting thing was many ple saw me taking photos in the office but they just walked past looking curiously at me.. i totally ignored them la.. of course! but this cleaner walked to me, and talked to me, requested a photo with the cat! haha. she's been taking care of the cat for 10 years, and she said the white one just passed away 4 months back. OMG. i know those 2 cats!

the black one is female and she's so adorable, friendly and kept mewing away and asking for a rub from me! SO CUTE. that's my idea of a cat, a walking rug! haha. not like MIA who'se always temperamental and ready to bite ~ (oops no offense to whoever's reading this ) LOL

driving !!

my driving test is 12 march! i still have 5 more lessons to polish up my hazardous driving skills hahaha

last saturday, my driving instructor called to cancel class cos vehicle spoil, nid repair. i was quite worried about whether the car will be available by wednesday this week. luckily when i msged him today, he said it's ready.

really hope i can polish up my skills and nothing goes wrong with the car. so i can prepare my parking properly etc. haha

snoopy pillow case updates

i finished the back wings of the aeroplane and ran outta bright red thread. now still thinking of what to make around the border of the picture, and what stuffing to use for the pillow case~ yay!

after listening to arul's reminder to bring my camera out whenever im outside, i've really benefited greatly! i bring it out everyday, and take photos whenever i'm free and see something that interests me and the camera~ today i took lotsa photos en route Yio chu kang MRT to Mayflower primary school. wont go there anymore in my life i suppose, so i wanted to remember the place. just a short walk from the mrt, and it gave me many great photos! overall a very happy walk ^,^

inside the school, there was this beautiful art piece of a cute cat hung on the corridor walls and i really wanted to take it but there were many students about and i didn't want them to misunderstand my intentions. oh well. ='(

work was alright, with Meng on to shout at the kids.. and they're so cute today! even tho they're super naughty, i really like them.. one of the naughty kids even asked if i will teach him in future! haha. so adorable. those kids just need better discipline.

the best thing about mayflower primary is that the school book shop sells these really cute pocket size comic books! they've many series. if ur wondering what it is like, its just a mini tiny version of normal comic books. SO cute and just the right size for primary school kids to fit into their pants!! ahha

being sucha cute lover (of course manga lover as well), i bought 2 for myself, 1 for christina, and 1 for zijia (they ordered it last sunday, lucky them). I bought them just for cute's sake and it'll serve as a reminder to the naughty kid who showed it to me in class. haha. so sweet ^^

anyways, wishing myself a very nice week ahead, as the classes from now on are much better behaved (no more shouting and wasting time). = D YAY!!

wad a nice day today! some nice things

- i dint have to scream at the kids today cos meng on helped me do that
- wearing track shoes and rushing to work really helps
- survived eating plain bread and plain biscuits for lunch! woohoo
- took many shots with my camera on route home

really like the macro mode, vivid color mode =)
i forgot to try the color accent and color swap! AHH (cant believe i just thought of it). well it just rained, and there was raindrops on the flowers and leaves, it was challenging trying not to move the plant and also not to let rain drip on my camera or hands!! I was also standing close to the road side and it was pretty dangerous~

sunday gathering!

wow! had a fun day catching up with ginny, christina, and zijia!
tomyam was really delicious and there was alot of ingredients ^.^ yummy!

we watched IP man, unexpectedly good full of fighting scenes and the main character had this iron face which barely moved .. the fighting moves were really good, dint know that actor can fight so well. well i think it depends on your nationality or race -- when u watch the show, different feelings of patriotism are evoked depending on whether ur chinese or japanese, and probably less so for the other races. but people from SEA or countries conquered by japan in the war probably also secretly root for some character(s) in the show. well the drama is there, and of course the main hero is always portrayed in a favorable light. this show doesn't differ from many kungfu shows, other than the fact that it is a true story and shows the willpower and integrity and pride behind a real person rather than an adapted fictional character.

also told them lotsa disgruntled stories about the work now.. realised i couldn't stop bitching about it to them! ahh how nice of them to listen to my long winded stories that were so boring and horrendous! well i haven poured out this much for so long.. after work, just rest at home and forget about it. dun really talk about it so much!! feel so relieved after telling them, since who can understand it better than them!! i was quite hyper cos haven met them for so long ! can't believe it .. ^.^ thank you for listening to my long long stories! ahh wad great listening ears you guys have!

we also took lotsa photos using the color swap and color accent mode!! (alr uploaded as can be seen) shall upload it when my battery pack is charged ~ both my batteries haven been charged ..
